Staying Healthy

Eating breakfast in the morning is very healthy because it speeds up the metabolism. Other ways to stay healthy is to get active at least one hour a day. This is important because it gets your body going, your muscles pumped up, and your blood flowing. Another way to get healthy or stay healthy is to play a sport. This gets you the adrenaline you need when you compete against other teams, you get your body moving, and you have a lot of fun in the process.
